  I always get the coffee lovers, it is my favorite. But, the last 3 times we have went to get ice-cream ,they have been our of heath candy bars, which is the topping for the coffee lovers. So, I guess we will no longer be going there for ice-cream. I am so disappointed.

  My 7 year old and I went on this evening... It was the worst experience ever. We were denied service even though the doors were clearly unlocked. As we were walking in the doors the young lady (redhead) tells the young man a few words. He proceeds to tell myself and my child that we can't be served because the computer system shuts down at 9pm... Really? Yes, there were a family of 3 in the store(man, woman, and a little girl.) Anyhow, I was very disturbed by it all. First of all, you should lock your doors and put the "closed" sign up, if you are going to refuse to serve customer's. Customer service is customer service. Your business will not remain open without it. It is one thing to lie to me. It's something totally different when you lie to my child. Your student's need to be trained on "customer service" and how it can make or break any business. *I did ask for the managers information. I was given a card with the store number on it. I called the number in my vehicle and the young lady (red head) answered. I then asked for the contact information that is above her manager and was told that she didn't know it. I know that was not the truth. I am very disappointed. Very disappointed at the way tonight had gone. If you are not going to serve customers then, lock your doors. Whether you have a small family of 3 in there or not. We walked through unlocked doors and we were Not assisted. Instead we were lied to...

  Great product, polite staff, wonderful environment. Staff were very helpful with explaining how selections work, not as many people visiting as I would hope for such a nice place but I did visit late into the day. Would love to stop in again and grab another treat!

  I love Cold Stone, I stop in at least once a month to get my favorite shake. The cat batter shake is to die for and its delicious. I like thier shakes because you can actually drink them through a straw. The only thing that up sets me is when they run out of my ice cream flavor but they usually find a good replacement. 10/10

  Ot was very yummy pretty much everything there is yummy
